    1. How can I check the status of my order?

 

   You can go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you want to track.

   Click on ‘Track the order’.

 

2. What should I do if the product I received is defective?

 

    In case you received a defective product, you can apply for an exchange. The product will be

    collected within 1-2 days and then shipped again.

 

3. When will I get my refund? Can I track it?

 

    Once you cancel the order or apply for a refund, you will get full refund in your account within 24 hours.

    Yes, you can track your returned order.

 

4. Can I change the address or phone no. in my order?

 

    You can change your address and phone no. in your order only till its shipping.

    Once the order is shipped, these details can’t be changed.

                                                

 

Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy

 

 

   1. What is the cancellation policy of Smartzwear?

 

    You can cancel the orders that have not been shipped.

    If you want to cancel the order, go to the menu, click cancel. You will get full refund in your account within        24 hours.

    Items that have been shipped can’t be cancelled.

 

    2. What is the refund policy of Smartzwear?

 

   We have a 15 days refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can easily return it. It will be

   collected from you within 2-3 days and full amount will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.

 

    3. How will I get refunded and how much time it will take?

 

   Once you cancel the order or apply for a refund, you will get full refund in your account within 24 hours.

 

    4. What are the conditions when we don’t accept returns?

 

   We do not accept returns in the following cases:

·        The product is not having the original price tag and label.

·        The product is damaged by using.

·        After 15 days of buying the product
