1. What is the cancellation policy of Smartzwear?
You can cancel the orders that have not been shipped.
If you want to cancel the order, go to the menu, click cancel. You will get full refund in your account within 24 hours.
Items that have been shipped can’t be cancelled.
2. What is the refund policy of Smartzwear?
We have a 15 days refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can easily return it. It will be
collected from you within 2-3 days and full amount will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.
3. How will I get refunded and how much time it will take?
Once you cancel the order or apply for a refund, you will get full refund in your account within 24 hours.
4. What are the conditions when we don’t accept returns?
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
· The product is not having the original price tag and label.
· The product is damaged by using.
· After 15 days of buying the product
